illustratoons is a website and a digital image gallery created and managed by Ronald Reichmann to promote and sell directly his illustrations. Digital images can be bought for reasonable prices, downloaded easily and used for your personal or business projects.

How reasonable are your prices?

Piggy bank Well, we take in account the quality of the images (communication, originality and style) and the time invested on creating them without forgetting to put myself in my customers shoes and thinking that they probably would like to buy as many images as their budget allows them to.

What kind of file(s) will I obtain after downloading?

All the illustrations are vector files and saved as EPS (version 10). With a vector file you can produce pixel images at any size you want without losing resolution. You can also directly choose different sizes of a JPG version of the image when ordering.

What is a vector file?

A vector file is created, not with pixels as it happens with a photo, but with mathematical formulas that describes the shapes, the outlines and the of the images, that’s why an illustration does not loose resolution when resizing it.

This is the best way to make sure you can reproduce your image at any scale.

Why EPS files Version 10?

This EPS version is more compatible, so our customers don not need the latter software to open and edit the files.

Can I modify the files I purchase on this site?

Yes, but any modifications you make will not imply the transfer of the copyright to you.

How do I modify vector files?

Cartoon pencil If you want to keep vector capabilities such as reproducing your image at any scale without losing resolution, you will need a vector software program like Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, Affinity Designer or Corel Draw to be able to fully edit the files while keeping it vectorial.

If not, you can import your vector file into an image editor like Photoshop, Gimp or Affinity photo. As an alternative, you can also choose among a wide variety of online editors such as Pixlr, Sumopaint or PicMonkey.

Can I request modifications on your images?

Yes, you can do it. For a low fee you can ask for minor changes such as:

  • Change colors ($15)
  • Change hairstyle ($15)
  • Add plain text to image ($15)
  • Add a speech bubble with text inside ($15)
  • Add a stylized cartoon logo to an image ($100)
  • Change clothing ($15)
  • Change arm position and/or have the character holding a simple object ($15)
  • A full new illustration or character

The modifications fees will be added to the vector format price.

How frequently do you add new illustrations?

We try to add new illustrations every week, you can see this new images listed first in my Shop page.

How do I download illustrations?

You will need to sign up for an account first. After that, add illustrations to your shopping cart and checkout. Files can be purchased via Paypal using your Paypal account or simply using your credit card, so you don’t need to have or create a Paypal account. After the transaction completes, a link will be emailed to you to download your purchase.

Do you offer refunds?

Once your purchase is made, we cannot offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of images and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion, we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.

Are there any restrictions on using my downloaded illustrations?

Yes. Please review the licensing agreement for restrictions and uses.
